Everybody knows that keep your body hydrated is the most important thing in summers. We know that we should at least drink 2 litres of water everyday. Drinking water has a lot of benefits like it increases energy and relives fatigue as your brain is mostly water drinking it helps you concentrate better and be more alert. It also helps you get a step closer to your summer body ( don’t get me wrong all shapes and sizes are beautiful) as it removes by-products of fat, reduces eating intake, reduces hunger, raises your metabolism and has zero calories. There are a lot of benefits of drinking water but if your like me who hardly drinks about 1 litre a day you should try these tricks out.
- Add flavour to your pitcher.
These are my favourite ways to add flavour to my glass of water. Put fresh lemons, mint leaves, orange…( basically any fruit of your choice).
2. Drink a glass of water after every bathroom break.
3.Sip before every meal.
4.Use an app track your cups.
5. Keep a gallon jug nearby.
